BILLING SPECIALIST
Seeking an expert in invoicing, accounts receivable and QuickBooks Online for part-time, flexible hours with Mintz Computer Guyz. www.mintzcomputerguyz.com
The job would require approximately 8-12 hours per week and must be available for training in early May by our current employee. Start date for work during the week of May 20.
Requirements
*         3 years previous experience with invoicing and accounts receivable
*         Proficient in QuickBooks Online and basic accounting skills
*         Familiarity with computer parts and services for invoicing purposes
*         Ability to streamline and improve systems
*         Implement policies and procedures to staff and clients
*         Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*         Desire to provide excellent Customer Service
*         Top notch organizational skills
*         Detail oriented
*         Strong work ethic and time management skills
